CRISP & GREEN®, a healthy fast-casual dining destination known for its chef-crafted salads, grain bowls, wraps and more, has officially announced the launch of its new fall menu.
According to certain reports, the stated menu features the return of company’s seasonal fan-favorites, while simultaneously bringing forth some new dishes.
Interestingly enough, alongside the menu release, CRISP & GREEN also revealed a partnership with Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce. More on the same would reveal how this partnership will ensure that CRISP & GREEN’s customers are able to enjoy cold-filled, minimally processed condiment made from a cherished multi-generational family recipe.
Anyway, coming back to the new menu, it begins by offering a Buffalo Bleu Wrap, which is essentially a low-net-carb Hero tortilla filled with crisp romaine, spicy buffalo chicken, shredded carrots, cucumbers, tangy bleu cheese, roasted tomatoes, and crispy buffalo breadcrumbs. Once prepared, the whole thing is then topped with a homemade ranch dressing.
Next up, we have CRISP & GREEN’s new Japanese BBQ Wrap. This BBQ wrap is again made using a low-net-carb Hero tortilla, which on its part, is stuffed with napa cabbage, roasted chicken breast, shredded carrots, crispy wontons, sesame seeds, creamy avocado, savory Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue sauce, and a homemade teriyaki dressing. Then, there is a Wild Child Grain Bowl that delivers earthy wild rice and roasted chicken breast paired with arugula, radicchio, roasted Brussels sprouts, craisins, goat cheese, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
“We pride ourselves on crafting the best possible chef-driven dishes in-house, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our commitment to delivering exceptional quality is at the heart of everything we do. However, in the rare instances where we find a partner that can elevate an ingredient beyond what we can create ourselves, we’re happy to collaborate,” said Bill Fairbanks, CRISP & GREEN’s Head Chef and Chief Culinary Officer. “Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce is a perfect example. It brings authentic, bold flavors that align perfectly with our culinary values, enhancing our guests’ experience by delivering a product that is delicious and healthy.”
Joining the menu up next would be #SquashGoals Salad, a salad where customers can expect to see a mix of arugula, kale, quinoa, and roasted chicken breast, topped with apples, white cheddar, maple-roasted butternut squash, and candied pecans, finished with a homemade apple cider pumpkin seed dressing.
After Japanese BBQ Wrap, another brand-new arrival set to hit CRISP & GREEN’s menu is Butterfly Tea, which offers a vibrant antioxidant-rich experience, complimenting the same with a stunning purple hue from butterfly pea flower. The beverage is also blended with citrus green tea, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and agave to offer a natural boost to immune health.
Moving on, CRISP & GREEN is further set to introduce Cranberry Blueberry Aguas Frescas. In case you weren’t aware, the stated drink combines tart cranberries and sweet blueberries to offer heart-healthy and cognitive benefits. All in all, it happens to be refreshing fall treat that delivers a balanced, antioxidant-rich blend
Not just that Cranberry Blueberry, the new menu also offers Apple Cider flavored Aguas Frescas to give customers a crisp mix of fresh apple juice and pressed cider with a subtle hint of ginger for a warm and spicy kick. An augmented benefit of this drink would be improved digestion, as well as better general wellness, which is realized through its anti-inflammatory properties.
“We’re honored to collaborate with CRISP & GREEN on their fall menu,” said Justin Gill, CEO and founder of Bachan’s. “Our Japanese Barbecue Sauce was created to bring families together and share our authentic Japanese American Flavors. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see it being used in such innovative and health-conscious ways.
