Talk about the company’s expanded menu on a slightly deeper level, we begin from its SHRIMP TACOS that will feature grilled shrimp, cilantro lime cabbage, avocado, pico de gallo, queso fresco topped with chipotle aioli, all of it served alongside brown rice or black beans.
Next up, we have GRILLED STEAK, BROWN RICE & MUSHROOM BOWL. Here, customers are going to get sirloin steak, brown rice, mushrooms, green beans, red peppers, pickled onions, and a spicy thai sauce.
Moving on to Zinc’s all-new PAN SEARED SALMON, it will basically pack together Moroccan spice salmon, roasted fingerling potatoes, garlic spinach, radish, and dijon-lemon vinaigrette. Then, there would be BACON ONION WHITE PIZZA. This particular pizza will bring to your plate a delectable infusion of applewood smoked bacon, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, garlic oil, as well as caramelized onion.
Zinc will also bring in a CHIPOTLE CHICKEN SANDWICH, a dish where you will be effectively served with grilled chicken roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, white cheddar, greens, and a chipotle aioli on toasted ciabatta.
Beyond these new introductions, though, Zinc Cafe and Bar will continue to serve many of its signature dishes including the Southwest and Avocado Salads, and the highly popular Grilled Vegetable Sandwich. In fact, as it does so, the brand will also highlight seasonal specials, while simultaneously bringing back traditional favorites and limited time offerings throughout the year. In case that wasn’t quite enough, then we ought to mention how Zinc will further offer unique drink selections crafted by their skilled mixologists. These drinks, on their part, are likely to include craft cocktails, local beers, fine wines, and more.
Markedly enough, the rebrand and menu expansion in question arrives on the back Zinc earning a spot on the Paris Baguette portfolio.
