The fan-favorite Christmas Cookie Shake returns alongside two new festive flavors, including a crackable peppermint bark creation.
New York, 19 November 2025 – Shake Shack is kicking off the holiday season with a trio of festive shakes, bringing back a beloved favorite and introducing two new dessert-inspired creations. The burger brand announced the lineup on November 18, following an exclusive preview of the menu in Manhattan.
At the center of this year’s lineup is the returning Christmas Cookie Shake, a treat Shake Shack says remains completely untouched because of its huge fan following. According to the senior manager of culinary innovation, Nick Wuest, guests have made it clear that the classic flavor should never be changed. His team instead focuses on creating complementary flavors that pair perfectly with the returning holiday icon.
That search led to two new additions: the Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake and the Peppermint Bark Chocolate Shake. The Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake is inspired by the famous British dessert and blends sticky toffee caramel sauce and crumbled date cake with Shake Shack’s frozen custard. Wuest describes it as a simple, classic take on the traditional pudding flavor.
The Peppermint Bark Chocolate Shake offers something more interactive. Inspired by the viral Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake, it comes wrapped in a crackable white chocolate peppermint bark shell filled with chocolate custard and mint fudge. Wuest says the team loved the idea of playful, break-open desserts and chose peppermint bark because it’s one of the most iconic holiday flavors.
Shake Shack’s 2025 holiday shake lineup includes:
- Christmas Cookie Shake ($6.99): Sugar cookie frozen custard topped with whipped cream and festive sprinkles.
- Sticky Toffee Pudding Shake ($6.99): Sticky toffee pudding cake blended with vanilla frozen custard and caramelized brown sugar, topped with whipped cream and sticky toffee sauce.
- Peppermint Bark Chocolate Shake ($9.99): Chocolate frozen custard with mint chocolate fudge inside a crackable white chocolate peppermint bark shell, topped with whipped cream and peppermint bits.
